An Action Plan for Rural Areas
What emerges clearly from the analysis in this report is that there is an urgent need for a framework that enables all of the representative bodies to work with one vision and one strategy for tourism development in the rural region. In this report, the WDC not only outlines that vision, but also specifies how it can be implemented and the specific actions which should be taken if it is to be realised.
